Shaare Zedek Medical Center, Azrieli College & St. Joseph Hospital Open Joint Science Accelerator

Shaare Zedek Medical Center, Azrieli College of Engineering, and Saint Joseph Hospital received the “Science Accelerators” grant together within the amount of 6 million NIS. The Science Accelerators Program aims to bridge the gap in financing and entrepreneurial and business guidance for enterprises with commercial feasibility in institutions.

The grant, offered by the Israeli Ministry of Innovation, Science, and Technology, will be used to support the development of entrepreneurial programs to assist in the efficient transfer of selected technologies from academia and industry research institutes.

Shaare Zedek Medical Center will apply the funding to encourage applied research and entrepreneurial activity and to increase the scope of the commercialization of technologies.

The application was submitted together by Shaare Zedek Medical Center, Azrieli College of Engineering, and with the support of Saint Joseph’s Hospital; all institutions are located in Jerusalem.
